With more than 20 years’ experience, Malaysian-born Chef Pathma has had the opportunity to work around the world, from his homeland to China and Australia and in Oman, Brunei Darussalam, Samoa and Fiji.
Prior to joining us at Dusit Thani Kantiang, he was the executive chef at Shangri-La Ulaanbaatar in Mongolia. He speaks Malay, English, Indonesian, Tamil and Hokkien Chinese. His culinary prowess is just as broad, with skills in western, Asian, Malay and Pacific Island cuisines.
